In one year, KMC lays just 3.3km pipes for Kalammawadi project

Despite starting the work of the ambitious Kalammawadi direct pipeline project a year ago, the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation (KMC) has been able to lay only 3.3-km pipeline thereby exposing its lethargy.
