The Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) has on Thursday issued a 72-hour notice to the Metro Hi-tech Cooperative Textile Park at Kagal Hatkanangale Five Star MIDC after it found gross irregularities in the way the firm treats effluents.
