The Airport Authority of India (AAI), which has planned to spend Rs 100 crore in the first phase of Kolhapur airport expansion, has decided to send a proposal to the forest department for handing over 11 hectare land owned by the latter, MP Dhananjay Mahadik said here on Tuesday.
